At Teddy Blocks, we want you to love your new fashion pieces, but we understand if things aren't quite right. We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments back in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
